Iva Jane Stoneberger, 77, of Ridgeville, SC entered into eternal rest on July 9, 2017 at a local hospital..
Mrs. Stoneberger was born on December 15, 1939 in Solon, NY, the daughter of the predeceased Charles H. and Dorothy O. Hopkins. She spent the majority of her life as a homemaker and caretaker, and traveling through many parts of America in the later part of her life.
She is preceded in death by her husband Roy R. Stoneberger, brother Charles H. Hopkins, and sister Mary B. Grant. Surviving her are her brothers Eugene F. Hopkins of Locke, NY and Harry H. Hopkins of Akron, OH; her five children William E. Ward, Jr. of Homer, NY, Shelly L. Dexter of Bonneau, SC, Sandra A. Monfore of Spokane, WA, Christopher E. Ward of Ridgeville, SC, and Patricia J. Ward of Cortland, NY; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
As she requested no formal services, and asked to be cremated, her children are going to hold a Memorial in her name on July 23, 2017 at 12-Noon, at Little York Park- Pavilion #2 in Little York, NY. All family and friends are invited to attend to celebrate her life, and her entering eternal life
