Darlene Francis (Devlin) Fortin, age 66, of Cottageville, SC, passed away peacefully at home with her husband at her side on Sunday, January 7th, 2018.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13th, 2018 at 11:00AM in St. Matthews Baptist Church – 2593 Wire Rd. St. George, SC 29477.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Thomas Fortin. Also included are two daughters, Pamela Quinley and her husband, Jack, Melissa Wolff and her husband, Thomas. Darlene is also survived by four grandsons, Jacob Quinley, Richard Helms III, Verlin Quinley, and Stoney Wolff.
Darlene was a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church of St. George. She worked as a travel agent for government contracting.
The family would like to thank the church congregation for all of their love and support throughout this long and difficult illness.
The family would also like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her family doctor of many years, Dr. David Castellone and the Crescent Hospice and her nurse, Nancy Murray.
