Paul Randall “Randy” Halley, Jr, 36, of Paxville, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 1, 2014 at 2:00 at Tri-County Cremation Center Chapel, Summerville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Randy was born February 13, 1978 in Charleston, son of Paul R. Halley, Sr. of N. Charleston and Patricia Davis Johnston of Manning. Randy attended Charleston Schools and was a construction worker. Surviving in addition to his mother and father are: one brother: David Johnston (Kayla Cox) of Sumter, grandfather: Wilburn “Buster” Davis (Marie) of Charleston, aunts: Brenda Sullivan of Summerville and Carol Maloney of Charleston, uncles: Ricky Halley of Zebulon, NC, Rusty Halley of Havelock, NC, Eddie Halley of Lebanon, Bill Halley of Jacksonville, NC, and Lee Halley of North Charleston, one niece: Jayda Johnston of Sumter, one niece on the way and several cousins.
