SUMMERVILLE-Matthew Paul Abrams, 41, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018.
The relatives and friends of Matthew P. Abrams are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 3:00 PM, Friday, October 19, 2018 in the Oakbrook Chapel at Tri-County Cremation Center, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Matthew was born in New Haven, CT on January 5, 1977, a son of Barry and Kathy Abrams. Matthew was a kind, caring and generous man. He was always willing to help when help was needed. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his children taking nature walks, surfing, and skate boarding.
Matthew is survived by his parents; his children, Tristan, Jonah, Maddie, and Brianna Abrams; siblings, Christopher and Sara Abrams; and the mother of his children, Melissa Eadie.
