Jayne Beth Weninger, 59, of Summerville, SC passed away on July 14th, 2019. There will be a celebration of life gathering for family and close friends on July 28th, 2019 at Madra Rua Irish Pub in Summerville from 3-5 pm. Jayne Weninger was born May 10, 1960 in Inwood, New York, daughter of the late Clara Shearer and James Shearer. She graduated from Brentwood High School in 1978. Shortly after her family moved down to Florida, she met Thomas W. Weninger. They married on February 21st, 1982. They had two children, James Weninger and Samantha Campbell (Weninger). She loved baking, crafting, shopping, and watching HGTV. She is survived by her husband Thomas W. Weninger of Summerville, her children: James Weninger of Mt. Pleasant and Samantha Campbell (Weninger) of Summerville, her step-children: Thomas W. Weninger Jr. of Nevada and Mark Weninger of Summerville, her grandchildren: Anne-Marie Campbell and Benjamin Campbell of Summerville, her step-grandchildren: Stephen, Tyler, Alex, Eddie and Josh of Nevada, her 2 sisters: Teri Meier and Eva Shearer of Florida, and her 1 brother: Jay Shearer of Florida, and her great-grandchildren Jason, Ryan, Eagan, Hailey, Kyle, Julia, Ty, and Kayden. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Brain Tumor Research at MUSC by visiting the link below and selecting “Brain Cancer.”
